Waagacusub.com- Reports from Baardhere town of Gedo region indicate that there was an explosion used in a vehicle packed with explosives. Ethiopian troops in the town were reported to have stopped a NOAH vehicle at an entry control of the town, reports said. An eye witness told Goobjoog News that one of the Ethiopian troops who were to check the vehicle ordered the driver to get out the car, but he the driver has immediately exploded himself.

Five people were reported to have died at the blast; two of them were Ethiopian troops, two civilians and also the suicide bomber who was driving the exploded vehicle.

Somali National Army forces in Baardhere have been on strike for the last days over the arrest of their commander in Mogadishu.
