Sunatimes.com - He is a member of parliament who was selected by intimidation of elders and cash payments, and once he was a minister but currently a "gateman of the office of Somali Premier Hassan Ali Khaire"

Mustafa Sheikh Ali Duhulow is the man charging people hefty payment if they desire to see the Somali Premier and get a political favor.

"The payment is high if the person to see the Premier is eager for a political position," a Somali MP who was unable to see the Premier told Waagacusub.com.

"Finally I settled the matter with Duhulow and accepted the realities on the ground," he said speaking on condition of anonymity.

It is not Immediately clear if the Premier is aware of the strange conduct of Duhulow but generally close clan members of senior Somali government official act like political gateman and convert  the national offices to a cash cow project.

Several Organizations and individuals complained so far from what is going but yet to receive a response.

"People would go to the Duhulow if they intend to see the Premier and occasionally the office of the president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo," Abdulahi Gabow a close family member of the Premier said.

"Duhulow is destroying the image of the good offices of the nation as well as the officers.

The tricky behavior of Duhulow is not confined to Somali offices only but also affects the relation of the international community.

"I can't dare to say a word about Duhulow because I do travel to Ethiopia and people in Addis take his word seriously," Ahmed, 46, said while denying to give his full name

"Duhulow is not a joke," he told Waagacusub Nairobi representative.

Maybe the assumption of strong ties between Duhulow and Ethiopian was a fictitious "horror movie" fabricated  to scare critics.

Many people who are unhappy on tricky exercises of Duhulow were afraid to speak even anonymously.

Bussiness companies also presented similar complaints but can't raise their voice.

"My real desire to see offices that open to business as usual but there is a nightmare to bypass Duhulow," said in an executive officer  of s prominent company executive.

"You hear the name Duhulow there should be problem with no solution, he claims to be the one who designed the current political setup and much more."
